In particular, in the category of organic teas, the company uses certified raw material and processes it in units dedicated only for packaging. Herbako's team consists of 10 dedicated professionals, where 70% of the staff are women. All employees are engaged full time, contributing to the continuous growth and development of the company. Green Hill is a company specialized in the sustainable collection of Non-Wood Forest Products (NWFPs), located in the heart of the Sharr Mountains. The company focuses on harvesting medicinal and aromatic plants, mushrooms, and small wild plants, following environmental standards and traditional sustainable resource management practices. Through its work, Green Hill contributes to the preservation of biodiversity in mountain areas and the economic empowerment of local communities.

The company Bio Toka (within Sojeva Punishte Manufaktur) was established in 2017 as a joint stock company with limited liability. Bio Toka has various organic products from its own cultivated trees including: organic jam, organic fruit spreads and organic compotes from various fruits. In addition, Bio Toka also has organic teas from various plants. The company's goals are to cooperate with as many farmers as possible in our country and increase the employment of women.

BERRYLAND BIO is a company with a long-standing tradition in the collection and processing of natural products, established in 1991 in Ferizaj, Kosovo. Initially focused on the wild harvesting of mushrooms, blueberries, and medicinal herbs, the company steadily expanded its processing capacities and built a reliable export network to European markets. Through its long-term commitment to quality and sustainability, BERRYLAND BIO has positioned itself as a leader in the agribusiness and natural product processing sector. The company collaborates with hundreds of local foragers, contributing significantly to rural economic development and the preservation of biodiversity through sustainable harvesting practices.

In 2015, after returning from the Netherlands with over 20 years of experience and a strong professional network, we launched a pilot project in Vitomirica, Peja. Our goal was to implement European blueberry cultivation theories, strictly adhering to EU standards and market requirements. In the initial phase, we received support from USAID, which provided us with a modern irrigation system. During 2019–2020, we received an additional grant and became a strategic partner of USAID, with our activities being regularly monitored by the organization. Our focus is on growing blueberries for the fresh European market, ensuring that every harvested fruit meets the highest quality standards. Currently, 99% of our production is exported. A key part of our model is the exclusive employment of women in the harvesting process, with the number of female workers increasing every year. Since the beginning, USAID has supported the development of our workforce, and together we have invested in essential training and certification processes, building a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

Grasep Sh.p.k. was founded in 2015 by Valbona Ajeti and 14 other women from the village of Sllatina e Epërme, Kosovo. It began as a small home-based initiative producing pickled vegetables in a garage, driven by strong dedication and a vision to create a sustainable and community-focused business. Today, Grasep has grown into a company with modern infrastructure and advanced production lines, fully certified according to food industry standards. The company has significantly expanded its operations and now exports its products to European markets, becoming a true success story of women entrepreneurship in Kosovo. Currently, Grasep employs 14 women and works closely with local farmers to source fresh vegetables, supporting rural development and the economic empowerment of women in the region.

Extra Fruit Fillings is a Kosovar company founded in 2000, headquartered in the Arbanë neighborhood, Industrial Zone, Prizren. The company specializes in the processing of various fruits, producing a wide range of products for the confectionery and bakery industry, including: Whole fruit fillings, such as cherry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, apple, strawberry, and plum, Fruit jellies, Frozen fruits, Other fruit-based extracts. The company has an annual processing capacity of around 750 tons of fruit, with market demand reaching up to 2,000 tons depending on the season and market needs. Since 2014, Extra Fruit Fillings has developed a local farmer empowerment initiative, involving them as supplier partners in order to reduce raw material imports and increase the use of domestically grown produce. The company is certified according to ISO 22000 and HACCP standards, and has implemented environmental protection measures, with plans to adopt ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 standards in the near future. Extra Fruit Fillings operates two production facilities with a total area of over 2,300 m², situated on a plot of more than 4 hectares, equipped with modern fruit processing lines, product packaging systems, and optimal storage conditions.

Berrykode is a modern, high-standard blueberry orchard located in the village of Maxhunaj, in the municipality of Vushtrri, northern Kosovo. Spanning a total area of 6 hectares, the orchard is fully planted with blueberries cultivated in pots (substrate-based production)—a method that allows for optimal control over nutrition and root environment, ensuring high yield and superior fruit quality. The plantation is organized into well-structured blocks, each equipped with an automated fertigation system that integrates advanced irrigation and fertilization techniques. The system is climate-responsive, allowing precise management of plant needs in real time. To safeguard production against adverse weather conditions, the entire orchard is covered with an anti-hail netting system, protecting the fruit during its most vulnerable stages. This not only ensures harvest reliability but also improves fruit appearance and quality—key factors for accessing premium export markets. Berrykode is equipped with refrigerated storage facilities built to international standards, enabling rapid post-harvest cooling and storage. This infrastructure helps maintain product freshness, nutritional value, and shelf life, particularly for export. 3DFactory was established in 2016 in the village of Llapashticë, Podujevë, with an initial focus on the cultivation of soft fruits. Responding to market dynamics and sectoral development, the company expanded its operations in 2017 to include the collection and aggregation of soft fruits, primarily raspberries. In 2020, 3DFactory invested in the construction of a modern collection center with a capacity of 1,500 tons, equipped with advanced infrastructure for storage and initial processing of agricultural products. This facility enables the company to ensure high quality, traceability, and optimal freshness for all its produce.
