In 2015, after returning from the Netherlands with over 20 years of experience and a strong professional network, we launched a pilot project in Vitomirica, Peja. Our goal was to implement European blueberry cultivation theories, strictly adhering to EU standards and market requirements.

In the initial phase, we received support from USAID, which provided us with a modern irrigation system. During 2019–2020, we received an additional grant and became a strategic partner of USAID, with our activities being regularly monitored by the organization.

Our focus is on growing blueberries for the fresh European market, ensuring that every harvested fruit meets the highest quality standards. Currently, 99% of our production is exported.
A key part of our model is the exclusive employment of women in the harvesting process, with the number of female workers increasing every year. Since the beginning, USAID has supported the development of our workforce, and together we have invested in essential training and certification processes, building a strong foundation for sustainable growth.
