3 hectares of blueberries (Vaccinium corymbosum), grown under controlled conditions with modern irrigation and fertigation systems, suitable for both fresh market and processing;
1.7 hectares of raspberries (Rubus idaeus), cultivated in well-managed plots ensuring high yields and consistent product quality;
0.3 hectares of blackberries (Rubus fruticosus) and strawberries (Fragaria × ananassa), intended for the local market and for niche value-added production.
